On the day of your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator to assist you with anything that you may need from the time your gathering begins until conclusion.
We offer a wide variety of A/V and presentation equipment for complimentary use and rental. Our facility can provide table set-up and room design based on your group preferences. Liberty Harbor can also assist with planning your entire itinerary, securing lodging for your guests, and arranging group transportation.
Catering & Rentals
Our award-winning Chefs can create culinary delights to be served to your guests at any off-site venue of your choosing — your backyard, barn, hall, indoor facility, or outdoor area. We have breakfast, lunch, and different packages to fit any budget, plus the option to create a specialized menu for your event. Our coordinators can also arrange any staffing you need: servers, bartenders, security guards, DJs, and wedding officiants.
